In short: the demo request form on this website
- What we collect: the details you type into the Request a Demo form (name, email, mobile number, company, city, business type, subscriber range, products of interest and your message), plus the time you agreed to be contacted and the page you sent the request from.
- Why: to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about a demo. We use it for nothing else.
- Who handles it: Zoho CRM stores your request (we use Zoho's India data centre). Vercel hosts this website and processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address.
- What our server keeps: only the outcome of a submission, not your name, email or phone number. Your IP address is held briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions and is not saved.
- Cookies: this website currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- How long: if you do not become a customer, we delete your request 12 months after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing hi@nimbuscorp.co.in.
